Remedies To The Top 10 Excuses For Not Working Out: By Jesse Jones Whoever coined the term "creative genius" toward talented thinkers
and innovators was absolutely correct, although I must say that he/she forgot to give credit to the "masters of excuses"
who have also committed themselves fully to operating in their creative juices as well. The only difference is that
most of those referred to as having creative genius are usually those who have and/or will influence the world in ways that
add and multiply with enormous positivity. These incredible individuals love to enrich, encourage, and increase everything
of worthy value in themselves as well as those around them. While on the other hand those reffered to as the "Masters
of Excuses" are the underachieving, finger pointing, energy zapping portion of society dedicated to dealing
in equasions of subtraction and division at the costly expense of themselves as well as everyone around them.
These thieves in particular have absolutely no problem whatsoever with taking as much as they can from everyone around them
without the slightest intentions of pulling their own weigh or giving back. Which one are these are you?
You're either one or the other as there is no in between on this one. Now that we've covered
that, please allow me to express my utter disgust with the ridiculous nature of excuse #9 It's Too Hot, Too Cold,
It's Raining, It's Snowing etc... Oh really now? Have you ever been told that you can't help
anyone in this world until you help yourself? Well I have... So PLEASE Gimmie a break!!! How dare we even
think to use something that we can never get around no matter what we do or how hard we try. I can understand rare situations
of extreme weather affecting us for a day or two here n' there, but routinely throughout the year...? C'mon I'm not
buying it. Once again, rain or shine we choose what we will or won't do in this life on a day to day basis.
No matter where we live we all have a certain climate to contend with and we all must decide on how severe the conditions
must be in order to proceed or cancel. Granted, weather plays a huge factor in alot of things but only certain
extreme elements are non negotiable in constituting a no go, and those elements are fire, flood, and (freezing over)
blizzard like conditions. So basically, these are the things that keep us from driving a vehicle to a destination
to avoid risking life itself. I could easily write about all the things people still find a way to do in each
of these elements, especially in snowy conditions, but I won't. Instead I'll ask you a few questions... How many of
us sunbathe and/or have total fun in the sun events lined up across the board for summer time or any hot weekend? How
do we get by when it's raining and we have many outside events we go to, errands to run and/or places to travel to by car
and we still go (risking Pneumonia) ? How many times have we been granted a snow day (from school or work) and we spend
more time driving to bypass going home in exchange for a day of mall shopping and restaurant dining? Tell the truth
because I can personally vouch for Colorado Springs residents spending snow days in the mall and restaurants as I used to
work in a mall shoe store as well as a very popular restaurant, and I was busier on those days than any other. The worst
part of all is that we tend to complain about our bodies and our health the most while we are doing these various activities.
As I deny the ability to use weather as an excuse to not workout, I must now make a sound suggestion and I strongly suggest
that if you are serious about taking care of your body then no more allowing these various activities to take priority over
your workout, especially in adverse weather conditions. Also, The good thing about working out is that driving somewhere
to do it is not 100% necessary as there are many alternatives in terms of location. I know that not everyone is serious
about working out but for those of you who are, make me a pinky swear promise that if your mode of transportation cannot deliver
you to your workout then it should also fail to deliver you anywhere else. Thank You for reading.

Remedies to the Top Excuses For Not Working Out By Jesse Jones Stress is everywhere, stress is all around us, stress will never leave, and as a matter
of fact stress is so bad sometimes that we stress about being stressed. I'm stressed about writing this, you're stressed
about reading it, and the editors are stressed about making sure that this as well as other articles and ads get put together
and published on time. Home has stress, work causes stress and so does school, there is stress in traffic, stress
is driving next to you and in front of you, and if that isn't bad enough the police officer behind you is causing you even
more stress, and the worst part of all is that he's stressed out while attempting to make sure he/she has the right person
who deserves the ticket to meet their legal requirement. The economy is stressful while the media stresses the importance
of us all knowing about it every waking moment. Hollywood is stressed because everyone is sooooo underpaid, sports stars
are suffering an even worse financial tragedy yearly while their extremely underpaid (6 - 7 figure per year) agents stress
out the team owners who are even more stressed for how much they may have to pay their player to satisfy both sides.
Your mom is stressed, your dad is stressed, the kids are stressed, school teachers are stressed, churches and pastors are
stressed, even the next cow going to the slaughter is stressed; And we choose to eat the very same meat (undercooked)
from that animal which adds even more stress to our lives, Wow! Cook that stress filled blood out of your meat please,
but we don't think about that now do we? I'm sure by now the amount of times you've read the word stress in this article
is beginning to stress you out huh? Don't lie, because it's already stressing me out but now I must stress the fact
that I'm not finished just yet, so please bare with me. Here are a few things you may be familiar
with that cause stress. War causes stress, Crime causes stress, jail causes stress, and especially the death of anyone
we know causes stress. On the other hand, bills cause stress, marriage causes stress, divorce causes stress, rumors
cause stress, our hectic schedules cause stress, and ironically many of us find a way to stress even while
on vacation. Contrary to popular belief, smoking, drinking, drugs, violence, and many other out of control undertakings
cause us great long term stress although we tend to rationalize those very acts as destressers, but I'm throrough convinced
that deep down we all know better. Now after stressing these many facts of life (and there are many more) I'm sure that
you've got my point by now, and with that said I have a very important question to ask. Ready? How many of the
above mentioned issues will we ever be without in this world during our lifetime? If you're 100% honest, you'll say
none. So now I ask, "What is the most logical remedy at this point"? Well my answer is not elimination
but it is management. Stress management that is. In previous articles as well as proven global knowledge it has
been heavily stressed, mentioned, and understood that regular exercise is one of the main key approaches in
achieving effective stress management. From the releasing of various hormones, to the activation of key endorphins
(that help us cope with stress), sparked by exercise that ultimately produces that feeling of good vibrations, how can we even
fathom fighting the battle against the numerous sources of stress without it? Now, allow me to ask you a serious question.
Are you still too stressed out to do yourself a huge favor and
workout? Until next time, Thanks for reading!

Remedies To The Top Excuses For Not Working Out: By Jesse Jones When it comes to working out and health & fitness I've always said "If
it were easy, the whole world would do it" and that is the exact reason only 2-3 out of every 10 individuals are fit
today. It has been agreed upon by many that anything worth having in this life is worth fighting for. So here
we are again back to the important question of what's most important to you and does your health still rank very low on your
list of priorities? Hopefully it doesn't, but assuming it does then please allow me to ask you why. Why?
Why would you mistreat the 1 and only lifelong companion that goes everywhere you go, and is also affected by everything you
do and/or every decision you ever make? So who is this companion? Hmmm let me think...Oh yeah thats it... it's
your 1 and only body. You know, that unique functional mechanism that deserves much more than to be kept down
by continuing to tell yourself that "It hurts too much to workout". Really now?
So you're telling me that you've never done anything painful with zero benifit attached. Well in all fairness to your
life, here is a list of everyday things we choose to do that produce pain and yet yield no positive benefit. Ready?
Well here they are. 1. Smoking daily 2. Excessive drinking 3. Reckless Driving (under the influence) 4. Lack of sleep 5. Random acts of violence 6. Using or Abusing multiple medications
Now these are all of the things that we should work on ridding ourselves of in exchange for a more healthier lifestyle that
includes regular exercise and better food choices. Also be sure to understand the difference between exercise related
injury and exercise induced soreness, which in most cases is what causes one to avoid training the body with any kind
of regularity. If you can firmly grasp the fact that soreness is merely a phase in the getting fit process and that
it soon diminishes with the continuance of training, only then will you have overcome the most necessary aspect of starting
& finishing. In the case of reaching you fitness goals, the idea of finishing is more or less about continuing the
training process and not giving up. Also, if you take into account the affect that weakness has on the human body and
the pain it ultimately causes (in many cases irreversible) then you will undoubtedly choose the temporary discomfort associated
with working out over that of a more permanent pain that results from total body weakness. Total body weakness
can cause a chain reaction of muscle weakness, joint discomfort, and chronically degenerating bones throughout the entire
body that will eventually affect ones overall structural support which the human body greatly depends on as a part
of optimal health. To put it plain, "Pay now or Pay later" its your choice.
Perhaps, I should compare the road to getting fit to the process of childbirth, except that once the pushing begins during
labor there is no turning back and stopping is no longer an option. In closing, if you've been avoiding getting going
then allow me to encourage you to just get started, continue and make quiting a non option. Then alas , much like childbirth
the consistent effort, determination, and pushing will inevitably bring forth a strong, beautiful, new life full of possibilities
and energy that will enlighten the world around you as it flourishes and bears its very own fruit. Thanks for reading.

Remedies To The Top Excuses For Not Working Out: By Jesse JonesNo Intro Necessary for excuse #6. "I Have No Time To Workout" Wow! What a concept- No Time Huh? Have you ever heard the saying "Wherever you go there you are"
or "Nowhere to run to - Nowhere to hide"? Well let me put it this way. Your body (healthy or not) will
always go everywhere you go, and no matter how hard you try you'll never be able to hide from the way you look or feel.
Now with that said, I'll attack the "No Time To Workout" excuse with somewhat of a questionairre before I step into
remedy mode. Aside from the obvious (work, children, and religion) what are you allowing to run your life in terms of
activities, events, hobbies, and habits? For example: Have you watched movies, attended any gatherings, or events
of any kind lately? Do you smoke, drink, gamble, or go out to eat regularly? Do you ever find that you spend quite
a considerable amount of time cleaning you car an a regular basis? Do you sleep way more than necessary, overeat,
or do you just find yourself lounging around the house due to a lack of self motivation? Well if you answered yes to 1
one or more of these questions, then you definitely need help and are on your way to finding the answer to the dilemma
of poor time management and prioritization issues. You see the above list of activities, events, hobbies, and habits
all have one major thing in common. If not properly prioritized each of these things have, can, and will continue to steal
away your desire and chances to get healthier, as well as looking and feeling great. So decide today to implement
taking care of the one and only god given body that you have by exercising and adding nutritional value to your daily life.
The truth is, exercise can be as little as 20 - 30 minutes a day for at least 3 - 4 days a week. So stop sabataging
your chance to get started by taking on unrealistic goals of 2 hour workouts- 6 days a week, drinking a gallon and a half
of water, and eating as perfect as Jack Lalane- it's really unnecessary. Although I will say that more water is very
important, so work on beginning each day with a cup of water before any else goes into the body. Start slow, stick to
your decision, and don't let anything get in the way of you and your goals, and if you mess up (and you will) just get right
back on it and keep going. In turn you will be able to excel and increase your abilities in all activities,
be more lively and have more energy at events, master and enjoy your favorite hobbies, and most importantly overcome and eventually
destroy all of your bad habits. For all of you that are reading my articles, please understand that I'm not throwing
a gym membership at you but nevertheless I'm attempting to encourage you to know that you only have 1 BODY and 1 LIFE.
So start today by taking care of it, and it will most definitely take care of you! Until next time, Thanks for reading.
